What areas do you deliver to?

We offer nationwide shipping across Australia, (including Hunter Valley, Central Coast, Western Sydney, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane so no matter where you are, you can enjoy our freshly baked cookies delivered right to your door.

How long will it take for my cookies to arrive?

Our delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders arrive within 3-7 business days. 1-3 Business Days for metro areas (for more accurate delivery times, this depends on your location*)

What if my cookies arrive damaged?

See our nutritional information for our New York range here. Customers with Nut Allergies should not eat our cookies. Our facility processes products with almost all types of nuts. Whilst we follow strict cleaning and segregation protocols, we do not advise those with allergies to eat our Cookies.

Where do you ship?

We ship nationally, covering 98% of the population. Our freight provider will get to almost all locations, with the exception of some very regional spots. Unsure if this is you? Get in contact to check at hello@cookieman.com.au

How long will it take to ship my order?

We are baking fresh product and ship orders every day Monday to Friday. For metro areas, deliveries are normally next business day if the order is received by 10am. For regional areas allow 2-3 business days, depending on location.

How do wholesale orders arrive?

Wholesale cookie orders are packed into cartons - 4 trays of 6 cookies (24 cookies total). These are secured in 2 inner cartons to help protect them from any freight damage. Our wholesale orders are 1 flavour per carton.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your cookies’ journey right to your door.
