We are baking fresh product and ship orders every day Monday to Friday. For metro areas, deliveries are normally next business day if the order is received by 10am. For regional areas allow 2-3 business days, depending on location.

Wholesale cookie orders are packed into cartons - 4 trays of 6 cookies (24 cookies total). These are secured in 2 inner cartons to help protect them from any freight damage. Our wholesale orders are 1 flavour per carton.

Heat them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds for a gooey, fresh baked experience.

Cookies have a 7 day shelf life at room temp. To extend the shelf life (if they last that long) you can freeze or refrigerate them, then just thaw them as you require.Heat in the microwave for 15-20 seconds for a baked fresh experience.

Cookies have a 1 year frozen or 3 months refrigerated best before date.Thaw the cookies for 3 hours inside the sealed bag before displaying them for sale.Product is best sold within the first 3-4 days (fresher is better). Do not sell cookies more than 7 days after defrosting.Store your defrosted cookies in airtight containers overnight / when not on display.

When you signup as a wholesale customer, you will have access to our Starter Pack. This contains our Cookie Display and our Product ID tags. Venues with this display sell on average 40% more cookies.

Unfortunately, not at this time. Gluten Free requires a huge amount of resources to ensure we safely manufacture product for celiacs or gluten intolerant people.

Our New York range is based on tradition NY recipes which use butter. We are hoping to have an offering out soon.

Minimum – we offer free shipping for all orders over $150 Australia wide (providing our freight operator services your area). You can order less with a flat $15 freight cost added to your order.

Maximum – Our facility is setup for high volume orders. We produce for national P&C operators and Supermarkets. There is no maximum size and we would love to talk to you about larger orders. Contact hello@cookieman.com.au

Cookie Man is proudly Kosher certified and Halal suitable. We are working through our official Halal certification in 2025.

We are an SQF certified facility and are private label certified for a number of national retailers.
