Please refer to our Privacy Policy, however please note we may have to provide your details to other companies or individuals who assist us in providing services to you such as your delivery address to couriers; and anyone else that you authorise us to disclose information to.

Pricing

All priced quoted on our Online Gifting Page are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Fraudulent Activity

It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

Pick Up or Delivery

“Pick Up” only applies to participating stores listed at the check out on your Shopping Cart. Unfortunately, other Cookie Man locations do not offer the ‘click & collect’ purchasing option.

All pick up items ordered before 3pm (AEST) will be available for ‘pick up’ the following business day. Any orders placed after 3pm (AEST) will be available for ‘pick up’ the next day after the next business day. This excludes orders placed after 3pm (AEST) on Saturday and after 3pm (AEST) on Sunday. The first available ‘pick up’ for Saturday and Sunday is the following Tuesday.

When picking up goods in store you must provide identification (drivers licence, passport), bring the email confirmation of the order, and bring the Credit Card used to purchase the goods to confirm your signature.

“Delivery” is calculated using Australia Post and is based on standard postage times. Delivery will occur Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Unfortunately we cannot nominate a specific time /date but the cut off is usually 5pm.

Some suburbs and regional towns outside of metropolitan areas may see a longer delivery time than standard metropolitan delivery times.

We also recommend that you try and ensure there will be someone at the premises where you have had the gift delivered. If no-one is present, either the item will be left, a note will be left for collection from your local Post Office, or it may be redelivered if it cannot be left safely. A redelivery/redirection charge up to $10.00 may be incurred. Orders scheduled for delivery will be dispatched by 2pm the next business day after the order is placed.

Returns & Cancellations

In the unlikely event that your gift is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that a photograph will be required for the possible replacement of any damaged goods.
A $5.00 Administration fee may apply to cancellations of or changes to orders within 24 hours of the despatch time. Once despatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
